Update Regarding the Templates/Forms and the External Evaluation Procedures
The Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Higher Education (CYQAA) would like to inform institutions of higher education that the Agency has amended the templates/forms with numbers 300.1.1, 300.1.2, 300.1.3 and 400.2.1.
According to the recommendations of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), for the upgrading of the external evaluation procedures, as of today, the comments of higher education institutions on the external evaluation report will be forwarded normally, especially where changes concern the content and the structure of the programme, to the External Evaluation Committees (EECs), to decide whether there has been full/substantial compliance with the criteria on the basis of the ESG, which are included in the external evaluation templates/forms. It is highlighted that from now on, institutions of higher education are required to use the template/form 300.1.2 « Higher Education Institution's Response - Program of Study» to respond to the External Evaluation Report.
The abovementioned document containing your responses, together with any attached documents, relevant to the comments/suggestions of the EEC will be forwarded to the EEC for their final evaluation.
It is particularly emphasized that your answers have to be written in Greek, if you wish to be posted on the CYQAA website in Greek. It is mandatory that your answers are also submitted in English so they can be read by the International External Evaluation Commitees. From the 42nd Summit of the Council (13 and 14 May) onwards, the new templates/forms which have been published on the Agency’s website.
